Double-J (DJ) ureteral stents are frequently used in urology to ensure urinary drainage.
However, prolonged indwelling time may lead to serious complications such as infection,
encrustation, and stent fracture. In this case report, we present the successful endourological
management of a severely encrusted and fractured DJ stent in a patient with cerebral palsy.
